Sales Tax
California residents are subject to sales tax on applicable purchases.

Shipping
We use UPS or USPS to ship all products.  Most orders ship within 48 hours.  We only ship to the billing address linked to the credit card.  There are no exceptions to this policy, at EuropeanAutosport we take every measure possible to prevent credit card fraud.  All products ship directly from our warehouse located in Long Beach, California.

Return Policy
All returns require issuing of an RMA number.  Please contact us to receive this and detailed shipping instructions.  Unopened, uninstalled parts may be returned within 15 days.  Opened parts may be returned within 15 days but are subject up to a 20% restocking fee.  Absolutely no returns on installed, non-defective items.  All returns are issued via company check.  Refunds will take no longer than 30 days after receipt and verification of returned products.  Customer is responsible for shipping the product back fully insured unless a shipping error was made on our part.

Important Information
Some performance items sold on this web site are not for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles and also may not be DOT approved.  Some vehicle modifications may void parts of your factory warranty.  All products sold are for off-road / racing use only.  There is no warranty on aftermarket performance parts unless specified on the related products page.  Member http://www.ChargebackBureau.org.
